REGISTRATION & DOCUMENT
Completed Registration Form, signed by parents on every page.
Agreement Letter for School Fees Payment, signed by parents on every page.
Declaration Form, signed by parents on an Rp 10.000,- official stamp.
3 (three) recent coloured photographs, size 3 x 4 cm.
2 (two) copies of the candidate’s Birth Certificate.
1 (one) copy of the candidate’s Report Card or equivalent.

- 1 (one) copy of parents/guardian’s Identity Card.
- 2 (two) copies of Family Card (with candidate’s name). Please bring the original Family Card.
Student Support Services
If your child is neurodiverse or requires support in academics, speech and language, occupational therapy, behavior, or social-emotional or physical wellness, please let us know before filling out an application. We will start communicating with you about your child's particular needs and let you know what documentation to include in your child's application.
